How many images will I receive with our session?

This will depend on a few factors. For instance, how much product credit your session includes, in what format you want your final images (wall art, prints, album, etc.), and what collections you purchase above and beyond your included product credit.

What is a product credit?

A product credit is essentially a prepayment for any images, prints, albums, and/or wall art that you would like from your session. Most, if not all, include this so that you’re guaranteed to receive beautiful artwork from your session.

Do I get the digital files?

For all purchased products, yes, you will receive the corresponding social media sized digital image for you to keep and share for personal use.

Do I have to order wall art from you?

I give all my clients a print release to print any of their digital files up to 8 x 10 inches only (being social media sized, they won’t keep their integrity beyond that). Anything larger, I do require to come through our studio as creating tangible artwork is our specialty.

When do I pick my products and how do I receive them?

Depending on your session, you will make your final image selections either immediately after your session or 7 to 10 days after your session. This ordering appointment will be your opportunity to choose your image collections, customize your products to your liking, and make any final payments.

When your products are completed and the lab sends them to me, I will check them for quality assurance and deliver your products to you. if you ordered wall art, we will install your wall art for you too!
